Your personal data is held in trust. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights available to you under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) of Malaysia.

- Identity and contact data: name, e-mail address and telephone number, provided when you purchase, register, book a coaching session or submit any of our forms.
- Transaction data: purchase records and payment status. Payments are processed by licensed payment processors; we do not store your card numbers or banking credentials.
- Support and communication records: messages sent to us via WhatsApp, Telegram or our forms.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic site interaction data, collected for security and service improvement.
- Member-area activity: login events and use of member functions (for example, your personal trading journal). Such data belongs to your account and is not displayed to other members.
2. Purposes of Processing
- To deliver and verify access to products you have purchased (membership verification is performed against official payment records).
- To provide customer support and service-related notifications concerning your account or purchase.
- To send marketing communications concerning our products and content, which you may opt out of at any time by notifying us.
- To improve our services, maintain system security and comply with legal obligations.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Personal data is disclosed only to:
- licensed payment processors (for example OnPay and CHIP), for the purpose of processing your transactions;
- communication service providers (for example WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail providers), for the purpose of delivering access and support; and
- regulatory or governmental authorities, where disclosure is required by Malaysian law.
4. Cookies and Advertising Pixels
This website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) for analytics and advertising measurement, including measurement of page visits and purchases. Pixel data is processed by Meta Platforms in accordance with its own policies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through your Meta account settings.
5. Security and Retention
We maintain access controls, encryption of sensitive credentials and periodic security reviews. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights Under the PDPA
- the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- the right to request correction of inaccurate or outdated data; and
- the right to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

7. Miscellaneous
- Third-party links: our website may link to external sites (for example brokers, Meta or Telegram). Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
